Mass LTC Post-Bruen

Has anyone begun the permitting process for Mass Post-Bruen? I took a look and the Mass Website still has the Non-Resident Application from 2021/Need for LTC on it, they have not updated the form. Should I wait until that's corrected or submit and risk a rejection?

Yes it will probably take some time for Mass. to update their laws and website.

So very true. I remember that the St Louis, Mo schools were some of the last ones to completely desegregate. They fought against it up into the late 70"s early 80's

The only thing I've heard so far is the AG sent out a notification to police chief's that permit issuance can't be restricted or denied if the applicant has no disqualifying conditions, whereas before, they could be restricted or denied based on the whims of the chief of the issuing town/city.
