Does this bolt look right?

This is my first Mauser, a turkish one, and when I tried to put the bolt back in, it did not seem to want to do the deed. I want to say the back of the bolt seems to be rotated but I am not sure.

Now, if it is not what it is supposed to be, how to make it right?

No.

It is un-cocked.

You have to pull the striker back as you rotate the bolt shroud to the right 1/4 turn get the striker back up on top of the cocking cam on the back of the bolt.

Once you do that, it will slide right back in.

RC's correct, as usual.

I forget exactly how to turn the bolt in that situation. One way is to press the little button, and rotate to the right. If that doesn't work, then find a flat surface. Put the rectangular part of the bolt (it's directly behind the bolt handle in your first picture) on that surface, and pull down hard while rotating the body right.

When the safety is parallel to the bolt handle, you are good to go.

EDIT: I shouldn't give troubleshooting advice at 12 AM
