The site says:

"Less than poor condition.
Cracked/broken stocks, missing parts, etc.
Includes incomplete bolt."

I have bought from Centerfire Systems before and they were decent to do business with. I would take them at their word..."Less than poor condition." ~all stocks? "Cracked/broken", "missing parts", and the bolts going to be "incomplete." Sounds more like an expensive tomato stake than a wall hanger. You can buy a shooter(91/30) for little more than twice the price.

Think JUNK, Need one for your collection? Look at the big Gun Auctions Not on-line auctions but auction houses, Devine, Ammoskeag, Rock Island, James Juilia a like new will be under 700 or so IMHO (bought 2 in the last year)

Might be worth while to grab a few to be broken down and cleaned up for spare parts. It's a really cool rifle to shoot. Like a Trapdoor 45/70 at much less expense. Brass and bullets are available. Get a good one if you want a shooter, though.

Went ahead and orded one. Maybe get some spare parts from it.
