Another point on NYC law, it's illegal there to possess a cartridge for a gun you don't have a license for in NYC. So if you own a single .470 Nitro cartridge as a gee-whiz thing you can go down on a weapons violation if you don't have a rifle so chambered licensed.
I was actually concerned about this when I got my S&W 686, I wasn't sure the dunderheads at NYC license division knew that .38's worked in a .357.

New Yorkers display this exagerated love of being from there, as though they can diminish how much it sucks with their pride.
Get the T-shirt: "Yeah New York! I suffered though more than you did growing up! Nyah!"
This is the kind of nonsense that get's on my nerves ...Should people not a have sense of pride about they're home town or city?.......where are you from?.....Wa. is it?.....is that THE place to grow up?.....I suppose if you think so it must be.
Me.....I love my city.....It's my home and my family has a long history here,is that so hard to comprehend?......and by the way ...who said anything about suffering?.....we all suffer a bit I suppose but what in god's name made you say what you said?.......got a complex or somthing?....exagerated love?....I can leave anytime I feel like....and just may someday but until then .....yeah New York!
P.S. er? um?..... High Road? oh yea I it only applies to us stupid egotistical city folk......yeeeee! haaaaaaaaaw!!!!!
