No, I think it's a general sale. With the pandemic and tax filing deadline moved up to the 15th I think there's a significant number of returns that haven't come until this month and with the economy much more stable than it was in March/April, retailers are looking to generate more sales.

On their regular black powder pages they have "Coming Soon" and "On Back Order" on several guns so I think it is just clearing out the old models to make room for the new styles. Its variation that makes collecting interesting!
