Mini-14 Factory Magazines

anyone have any leads on where to actually find these lately? looked around to see if I could find a couple 30 round magazines and came up empty.

also, might grab some aftermarket ones just to have them, but with other firearms have not had good luck with anything, but Ruger factory magazines. any have an aftermarket mag they can put a good word in for?

anybody have any leads on a new mini-14? just want a standard with a wood stock, but if I can find one blued with a rubber/polymer stock I would get it, maybe 2, if sale price is not 1,500 or anything crazy, but WOW - out of stock is nuts out there. figured I'd buy some mags, just cause I have a feeling they may become unavailable, and poked around for the gun, and WOW, just amazing to see how much of everything is out of stock. did I say WOW!?

None for sale, but as a long time user of the Mini 14 and Mini 30 I recommend that you avoid aftermarket mags for these guns.

I have no idea why this may be, but aftermarket magazines for the Mini's are mostly a jam-fest. Do your best to find factory mags, once you are finally able to find a mini you'll be much happier.

Ive never had an issue with my old ProMag 30 rounder. Had for many years. Got a couple more recently i have yet to open. Never noticed a difference between the ruger 30rd and the aftermarket in my 181 series rifle.
