I know modular is the hot new thing, but not being a huge fan myself, I decided to build a little critter that could easily evolve into a modular, but for now is just one of the smallest & lightest out there. 1" diameter and 3.0" long, it weighs just 1.6 ounces with a titanium tube and type II black anodized 7075-T651 aluminum everything else. The Ti tube is bead blasted and type III anodized.
It's borderline on handguns, high 130 dBs, but running low 120s on rifles. It's the perfect companion for my ultralight pack rifle, which weighs in at 30.1 ounces with the suppressor, the Gerber Dime multitool in the grip, a full magazine and 35 extra rounds in the buttstock tube
