True, but anybody with a milling machine can make up any number of arms from real steel. There's never been a push to regulate them, not that that would be an easy task.This is to set a precedent to monitor and regulate what private citizens can engineer, share, and manufacture in their homes with new technology. It's not just guns they're after, it's more sinister than that.
