Check with the local gun shop. I had to send a gun back recently that the shipping was on my dime. My local store logged it, sent it no problem. Cost was $32.

I'd think a shop would have a pretty generic tune up service fee for a revolver. If you're gonna carry it, having it professionally tuned up seems like a good idea one way or another if you're not going to really go over it and measure and do all the checks, headspace and what not.
