Had to take a 120 mile trip out of town to meet with a technician for my spinal cord stimulator. There is a large gun shop right at about the midpoint so I stopped on the way home. I was surprised at the number of used S&W revolvers they had. There was a 625, 686SSR, a couple 629’s, an old 32-20 hand ejector, a model 10, a 5 inch model 27-2 with box and probably a half a dozen more. What really caught my eye was this nice model 12-3 snubby. It was in great shape and is the first one I have seen other than online. It even has a grip adapter. Too bad my wallet was thin and I have a puppy that’s about due to be neutered because the price is pretty good for one of these

Looks nice. As with any aluminum frame Smith, make sure to inspect the frame beneath the barrel extension for cracks. Saw a cracked M12 today at the gunshow, though granted it was in rough shape. They still wanted an arm and half a leg for it.....
