We are back in business! First time since I bought this rifle it ran flawlessly. No more cartridges falling out. Now I have a keeper. The second group was after a minor scope adjustment, shooting cheap Monarch 100 grain soft points. That’s about 1 1/8” grouping. The rifle has a 1/10 twist, so maybe if I back off to a lighter bullet it can do better.View attachment 1050226 View attachment 1050227 View attachment 1050228

Man oh Man, what a beautiful piece of wood on that stock. I really get off on nice looking wood.I remember visiting a Cabela's outside of Fort Worth, Texas a few years ago with my cousin.
I drive heavy haul and visit her when down in that area. Anyway in the "spendy" gun section saw a Holland and Holland shotgun in the wooden case with green felt like they used to have.
Had the most beautiful piece of Circassian walnut I have ever seen. Almost made you cry just to look at it. Think it was like $68,000. I told my cousin I would love her forever if she would buy it for me......No dice.
