Modern pancake holster for single action?

I've heard good things about them, but don't own one of the EPS ones. Based on reviews I've read, I think my next holster will likely be a Simply Rugged sourdough pancake for my short barreled Ruger Blackhawk

I don't have a Tortilla but I have a #88 Street Combat for a 1911, which is the same holster without the thumbreak. It's a good one. I don't see why it wouldn't also work well for a single action. The Mernickle PS6 is also very good but requires you to draw it absolutely straight so the front sight doesn't get jackknifed in the sight channel.

I second the notion of the Simply Rugged version of the original Roy Baker Pancake design holster. Great buy for the money.

I forgot to add that I want the trigger to be covered. I guess that feature is not required since the hammer is at rest, but I like to minimize exposed metal due to bumping into things.

I have the Tortilla for the 1911 and is my favorite when I carry a 1911 which is rare and mostly when roaming in the woods.
Wouldn't hesitate to buy one for my 4 5/8" Blackhawk.
