ABS Master Smith Harvey Dean has forged an extraordinary Damascus Fighter which FEGA Master Engraver Barry Lee Hands will masterfully engrave. Dean is President of the American Bladesmith Society and Hands is President of the Firearms Engravers Guild of America, thus this stunning fighter built specially for Knife Rights Ultimate Steel™ is named "Presidents²" (Presidents Squared).

Dean's Wild West "W" Pattern Damascus was forged into near final shape before grinding the 9-inch clip point blade. The handle is exhibition grade 10,000-year-old Mammoth Ivory. Hand has exquisitely engraved the full guard and the two pins that secure the Mammoth. The Presidents² Fighter is 14.75 inches overall.

Master Engraver Barry Lee Hands Writes:

This knife was envisioned by American Bladesmith (ABS) President Harvey Dean and myself , Barry Lee Hands, President of the Firearms engravers guild of America, (FEGA) as a first collaboration between the two Presidents of these two great organizations to help another great organization, Knife Rights, working to defend our constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

This masterpiece knife is the highest example extent of the American Damascus Fighter created by Harvey Dean with sublime engraving on the guard featuring pure 24k gold in my technically innovative signature " Renaissance Leaf pattern." To top it off, the pins are engraved with rosette designs.

Truly an historic collaboration by two Presidents that will go down in history as a landmark in the great American panorama of custom arms design and creation . . .

Beautiful

I dig the detail on the hilt - reminds me of military decorations oak-leaf "clusters".

Todd.

Wellllll, it is in the fundraiser and you might get lucky with just a single donation/ticket (but your luck improves with more chances, dontchaknow). There are plenty of other great knives in there as well.
