If you shop at academy they carry their Monarch brand of 7.62x54r that's not corrosive. Its a 185 grain FMJ with the lacquer coated steel case. Very similar, if not just a re-branded Barnaul. The same people that make silver bear, brown bear etc...
This stuff in my particular mosins shoots about the same as the Yugo light ball I have cases of, but at $10 a box the monarch/wolf/barnaul variants are 3 times more than surplus. So, I shoot the surplus and clean as most have suggested above. Don't get too obsessed with cleaning, it's simple to take care of corrosive ammo "salts" that do the damage.
