Got mine from Centiury last week. Got the Excellent for $79. The hardwood stock not the laminate. Mine is the M-38 stock not the 44. I am very happy with the condition for $79. The metal is in excellent shape. The stock has aome flaking of the shellac, bit no real damage or marring. Shot it yesterday for the first time. 2' to the right, but ok, time to drift the front sight. Tried re-shallacing the stock last night. It didn't blend as well as I wanted.
Overall impression. I'm still a Mauser guy. The MN is cool becase of its size and simplicity, but my next C&R will be another Mauser.
