i thought i was getting a really good deal on a parts kit because it came with a cool looking pistol grip, but its just not big enough up near the trigger, my trigger finger wraps too far, the magpul moe grip looks better, any suggestions? pictures? thanks guys

I wish that I could give you a direct answer. The fact of the matter is that there are many to choose from because no one model is right for everyone. The MOE that you mentioned is nice, as is the ERGO. If you need something customizeable, check out the Magpul MIAD with the interchangeable inserts.

I run a Hogue grip on my AR. I really like it. But I have small hands.

Smaller hands, go for the Hogue.

Larger hands, the Ergo.

Freakish large hands, the Ergo Deluxe Tactical.

That's the list of grips I went through until I found what I liked. :)

I have longer fingers. And like the MOE. But I only buy the MOE because it's cheaper than the MIAD.

Make sure your on the trigger correctly. Last segment of the trigger finger only, your finger should arc out and not contact your ambi safety or the side of the rifle.

Most ergo for whom? We are not born with identical hands. For me, none are perfect, but Magpul MOE is the best I have found, for MY hands.

I have tried all the above and personally found I like the standard A2 grip best. My hands take XL gloves.

I had the same problem the op had. A2 grip is thin and my finger wraps around too far.
I got the magpul maid and it's been fantastic. Lots of options to set it up just how you like it.
