Mount to pair with a Tract Toric 4-20X50

I got my order in for my scope and have been looking at all the Larue mounts and have landed on this one so far https://www.larue.com/products/larue-tactical-qd-scope-mount-lt120/ .

Should I be looking at something else and i'm debating between the QD and the VFZ. Leaning towards VFZ as I don't really intend to take it off this rifle.

LaRue makes some really nice mounts however…their pricing has not kept up with the competition. For my money, and I won’t buy anything I believe is sub-par, I like Aero and Warne. Both are nicely machined and lightweight with reasonable prices.

I use Warne rings on my Tract scopes and am very happy. Plus I think they’re a good value.

Check out the SWFA SALT mount. I use it on a similar 30MM tubed 50MM
scope on my AR and the original Burris version both have been fine. We have used the Aero Precision for lighter scopes.
