I'm putting the chicken before the egg here, but I need some info. I'll be transferring this summer, and I need to know what I need to do when it comes time to pack the one room castle and move to parts unknown. I'm particularly concerned with moving soon to be purchased gunsafe (Browning Bridger +) and my goodie stash of guns and ammo. There won'tbe alot of guns and ammo in it yet since most of my stuff is currently residing in my Dad's safe down in GA. I figure by the time I move I'll have four to five pistols, a shotgun, and three rifles. I'll probably have about 5K assorted rounds to feed the kiddies. What's the straight skinny? Would I be better off just leaving everything in the safe? Or would be be better served emptying the safe out and piling the stuff in my car trunk?
