is there anyway to make an Microtech MSAR eject on the left side?

Sure.You just need to buy a left-hand bolt (I believe they are $135.00 at Ratworx) and change the ejection port cover to cover the right port.
I think MSAR Dave,the MSAR customer service rep,will do a straight up swap with you if you call him.
