Do any of you have several calibers on the same platform (I.E. 1911 in 9,45and 40 or AR in 223,6.8 and 458)? Is it ever a consern to run into problems with an accidental mix of equipment (45 cal gun and 9 mags and ammo) ? How would you keep your ready supply and odd caliber supplys separated?
I'm asking because I've got my eye on a 223 AK but I don't want to end up with 223 mags and ammo mixed up with 7.62X39 stuff. The 223 could turn into the house gun and I'm probably going to a M70A2 (7.62) for a trunk gun.
I'd stick with 7.62X39 but good HP stuff is hard to get and 223 is proven to beak up on walls etc so your not blasting thru the whole building.
