Multiple Impact Bullet

I searched around and couldn't see that these were already posted, though I'll be surprised if they haven't been mentioned/discussed.

These are bullets designed to immediately break into three pieces upon leaving the muzzle and are tethered together with Kevlar string.

I've got my thoughts on the idea, but was curious if there were folks who might think more highly of them than my initial reaction.

Military Arms Channel did a review of one. Not sure if it was this exact product (multiple companies make similar MIB-type products), but it was recent. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
