it's the same old open carry bad/open carry good argument,that horse has been flogged so many times they're flogging it's grandcolts ghost

I ran into this old thread and was wondering

for the newer members, MVPEL was in a bookstore in NH and had
inadvertantly exposed his side arm, open carry being legal it should not
not have been a problem , but it was.
I am on TFL but can not remember my handle/password
so I can't ask there.

So what was the final out come? anyone know?
