When I first got my 3" LCRx .357 back in June of this year I had to move the rear sights to the far right to get to the center of the target. Didn't think much of it until now. I ordered some after market Hi-Viz sight and went to install them this morning... as I was removing the front sight I noticed that it sat tighter to one side of the ramp...it didn't really jump out at me until I got it off. The sight mounting stub (for the lack of a better term) was installed off center. Now I understand why I had to move the rear sight over so far. I'm going to call Ruger tomorrow and arrange to ship this back to them for repair or replacement.

I received my LCRx back from Ruger today. It's great to have it back, but it's only half fixed. They replaced the barrel but did nothing to the front sight other than installing a new blade and pin. They've had it since November 19th. At the very least I'm extremely disappointed in Ruger and that it's not fixed completely. Based on the time they had it, I'll now have to wait until I get to Florida to send it back.

I've had exceptional service and turnaround in the past, but it appears that is no longer the case.

I just fired an email off to them telling them about it... we'll see how they respond.

The response from Ruger was almost immediate. They sent me a shipping label. Problem is we're heading south within two weeks and that's cutting it too close. I can always send it once I get established down there. I'm contemplating fixing it myself
