my barrel will not deattach the barrel off my 12 gauge CBC single shot model 151

Hello, i just got a CBC model 151 single shot 12 gauge and it will break down but will not come completely off the butt end of the stock. What is my problem? Am i missing something or not doing ot right? Please help me.

Did you take the forearm off first??

I'm not familiar with that model, but there will either be a screw in the bottom, or a spring catch holding it on.

If the latter, just pull down on the end and it will unlatch and come off.

Then open the barrel and unhook it from the receiver henge pin.
