Now the wait begins... Hopefully the ATF won't take 9 months to approve the transfer before I can pick it up. It'll be nothing but ramen noodles and canned tuna for me for about 7 months
...=o
Ramen rocks more when you put sandwich meat ($0.99 a package) or such in it.
Congrats!
Also, I would reccomend putting chili powder in ramen...it tastes funny. =/
Will be asking jeeves and a googling on it in a while,have you exp with this type?
I like a point two two tthhrreee as well.
Been a year since we got to shoot full auto,dayum,
Was that you in the http://webs.tconline.net/jasonk/aknme.jpg pic? Says you are in TX and that picture was at the only outdoor range we have in (near) College Station so I am guessing you are near B/CS, that is where I shoot also. Email me some time.
Think you're poor now?? Prepare to whiz through 5.56 like a mad fiend. I can't remember who makes it, but a cheek piece is available for that folder. Mucho recommended.
Very nice, sir. Will you get the suit Al wore, as well?
Ramen, with cut up hotdogs, fresh broccoli, add seasoned salt,crushed red pepper and soy sauce. Good stuff, maynard!
Anybody wanna take a poor man out to shoot , pleeeeeeaaassssse?!! I am poor but I will save pennies and soda cans for a month and buys some ammo....... and maybe drinks after...lol! I have never shot full auto just a "hellfire trigger attacthment" that worked a few times (aka: bump firing) ; The real deal has gotta be a blast(pun intended)
If someone starts asking me questions about my NFA goodies at the range I usually let em fire off a few rounds.
The Pasadena(Stinkadena) Gun Center rents out MGs. They got a greasegun, M16, M1A1 Thompson, Uzi and MP5 for rent. You just pay $25 and buy the ammo. You can try out 2 of the guns for $25.
How much was the gun? I would love to buy a machine gun, and it is certainly legal and possible for me, but I am afraid of the prices, all of which I have seen are insanely high.
I paid way too much... 8 big ones after sales and transfer taxes. I'm gonna be in debt forever
The FNC is still considered one of the 'cheap' 5.56mm MGs, when they go the way of M16s and Steyr AUGs and command prices of $14000 I'd kick myself for not getting one now.
