My Next Firearm?

What I have so far is: Remmington 770 in 30-06, Winchester 1300 12ga, Marlin .22 Rifle, CVA Muzzle Loader .50, Tarus Large Frame .357, Glock 30sf, and Keltec P3AT.

What I want is: AR-15 (what kind?), Browning XBolt 308, Remminton 870 HD, Glock Full Size (caliber?), XDM9(or the .40), S&W442, Large Frame Revolver (can't decide what kind), 1911, and a Sig of some kind.

What would you buy next, what order? I am an outdoorsman and have recently began CC. I just love guns and the sport. I don't really "need" any of these for any special reason, but that I want them. Help!

These kind of questions drive me nuts. We have no idea what you want. I can suggest something and why and you will get 1000 opinions as to which pet gun you should get.

Do you want an AR? Then go for it. What brand? well, that opens up a huge can of worms. Some say that you must have an LMT or COLT or Noveske to be in the cool kids group. Others say that their Oly or Hesse runs great and they bought it for a bag of donuts and $10...

So, if you want an AR, go for it, prices are low right now as there is a glut of inventory. Shop around and go in knowing what you want in an AR... a long range poodle shooter, a plinker, or an SBR entry weapon. Or get all 3.

As to the Glock... you will get people who love them and hate them. I like em, so go for it, but you will also have 100 entries after mine, extolling the CZ, HK or whatever THEIR preferred brand of pistol is.

So, asking these questions on a gun board is like asking what brand of car should I buy. A billion opinions and there ya go.

Let me ask you... gun to your head and God is watching.... What do you want?

I can't even make up my mind what I want, much less help you with figuring out what you want!

You can do what I did and write a "fantasy list" - in other words, stuff you'd buy if you won the lottery and price (and quantity) didn't factor in. I've got to say, I have one heck of a list! But, it also helps me scrutinize what I want and why I want it.

Currently, I'm giving the Kimber Crimson Ultra Carry a lustful eye.

This is what the OP asked. He didn't ask you to tell him what he wants.
From your options I would suggest you get an AR-15. They're a hoot.
I had a CMMG midlength (lost in accident on Lake Superior). It was a hoot.

I'd grab a midrange AR-15 depending on your budget. I bought a Bushmaster last year during the ban scare which in hindsight was a poor decision since I could have waited and saved a ton. I still think that the AR is the most likely of your choices to be potentially banned or regulated in some way in the future. That would be the reason I would get that first.
