The port that Colt cut for both their Richards and Richards Mason Conversions was also asymmetrical

I followed in the footsteps of old Colt!? (Great minds think alike?) Thanks for this AWESOME information, it made me happy.

if you want a conversion, kirst is the best for reloading but u have to cut the recoil shield which is very easy with a dermal tool, go slow and check often, I have the kirst on all of my 6 conversions, have a few RD but never use them I like the feel of refilling the ammo aroud the cylinder without taking gun apart,for the few extra $ you will not go wrong
