It's hard to believe some manager came up with that rule. Did they think some gang-banger would get into a fight after bar closing time, run out of ammo so he'd quick duck into Wally-World for a fresh box or two?

That's even more reason to buy ammo from Walmart: to show that it's profitable for them and they should keep it in stock. I'll buy wherever's cheap and convenient. Winchester White Box and Federal aren't that bad at Walmart.
