neck re-size only with 2 die set?

does anybody know if a re-sizer die can be adjusted to neck-size only? I have a lee 2-die rifle set and it seems impossible. either the neck ID is too big or I can't even get the bullet started into the neck. do I need to buy another die? .. gotta go but I'll be back to read replies later. thanks in advance

I'm guessing you'll need to buy a die specifically for neck sizing. I did for my .280 Remington, but have not had a chance to try it out.

I've adjusted my Lyman and RCBS, 30-06 and 30-338 FL dies to only neck size and pop the primer. I don't know why the Lee wouldn't do the same.
