Need a cheap FFL in Charlotte, NC area

I'm transferring a shotgun to a friend in Charlotte. He is new to guns and doesn't have a favorite shop. Anybody here know a cheap/reasonable ($20 or less) FFL to do the transfer? Thanks!

I'd say try Shooters Express in Belmont or go to Eagle Guns in Concord.

Avoid shooters express! They are not cheap! Nice shop and range but still over-priced like hyatts. I suggest a pawn shop (most charge $20) or Eagle guns in Concord. I do a lot of business there. VERY helpful staff and cheap prices!

$20 bucks is about as cheap as you'll find in my area, and I only know of one place that charges that.

The ATF maintains a list of all current FFL's and their contact info at http://www.atf.gov/about/foia/ffl-list.html. When asking about transfers and fees, be sure to find out if they're willing to accept a shipment from a non-FFL, and the documentation (e.g. copy of Driver's License) that is required.
