There is all kinds of it, find a bullet and then check the reloading manual. Not that hard!

You have to specify a bullet, I know Hornady and Sierra have seperate AR sections. So, from there you are on your own.

It is all common sense! The data sources would not load heavy bullets for a 1in12 twist.....

Problem is I don't know whats the best weight bullet or powder to use for a 1-in-7 twist. I'm thinking a heavier 70-80 grain bullet?.....possibly a ballistic tip. The manufacturers list plenty of bullet weights but little information about twist rate.

24.5 grain H-4895, GI brass and 69 grain MatchKing will give you a match accurate load in the 1/7 twist AR.

I was going to comment, but I don't want a shortage of H4895 :)
