Need Bianchi "Lightning Grips" for J frame

I'd like to get a set of black shrouded Bianchi Lightning Grips for one of my more heavily used model 36's (round grip frame), but can't seem to find any. (I'm aware they are no longer being made.) None on GB or ebay right now. Are you seeing any anywhere?? What kind of money are people asking? I did find a pair for K frame on GB, but I'm guessing the j frame versions are more desired. Thanks.

It probably didn't catch on because of the already popular model 38 that comes with a shrouded hammer.

I checked around and wasn't able to find any either. It's a good idea, though it looks tacky.

Your best solution might be to just buy another hammer, have it bobbed, then swap it out. Here's one available right now:

A month ago in one of my gun boxes I found a pair of like new brown for J-frame. I put them on e-bay and got $86 for them. The J-frame they were to go on cost me $265 new. Go figure.

BTW, I think I mounted them on a gun once and the size of them did not work for me.

Thanks for some input, guys. Yeah, if they go for 80 or 90 bucks, I'll probably pass. There's a set of nice K frame lightning grips on gunbroker for half that amount, but I'm guessing that style of grip is more in demand for J frame, so the price would reflect that.

I'll just wait. I'm in no hurry..this will be the type of purchase where patience is my friend. And for some reason, I really don't like the looks of that grip in brown.

I've never seen a J-frame set...didn't know any were made for J's. Tried some on a K once but didn't like them. Might have felt different if I had some for a J.
