I need help finding out about this recent find at a shop...

Decorative, hand-stitched, leather-wrapped steel shot flask with original leather strap & buckle. I'll let the pics do the talking. So far my research has not found anything like it and I do not see any names or info on it.

Can anyone help me? It will also be for sale soon.
