Found this stock, I have no idea what it goes to. Can someone please help me?

Looks like from something like a j.c. Higgins or some other department store gun. Anything on the butt plate.

I was going to say Glenfield Model 25 -- not sure if the stock is different in this long-running series. I refinished mine at one point and found that factory 'Mar-Shield' stock pretty tough to remove.
