Zumbo "saw the light" only because his lost sight of a paycheck.

I know a number of Elmer Fudds who would gladly check out their registered firearm at the police station and bring it back every night if it came to that. As long as they can continue their part of their sport everyone else's has no purpose.

I cannot remember the name of Zumbo's TV show, but it is back on the air.

A month ago or so I watched Uncle Ted's show and Zumbo's came on right after. In the Zumbo show he opened in regard to his previous statements about black rifles. He continued on in a very contrite manner explaining his ignorance and his new found education on them. In his show which almost entirely dealt with his educational process of the black rifle he took a shooting class and was accompanied by Nugent. Zumbo is now on the side of the black rifle.

I also realize many members here on THR never ever change their opinion on things, and once an anti (especially if it is someone famous) then always and anti. But I say give the man a break, he learned and changed his ways.

Zumbo has a good article in this month's S.W.A.T., in which he took a carbine class with an AR.

Some people are cynical about him, but I think he has honestly done a 180. His statements were made out of ignorance, not malice, and he has admitted that ignorance and done his darndest to rectify it. I, for one, am glad to see him coming back and speaking out for all law-abiding shooters, not just hunters.
