Needing someone who could repair and refinish these detective special stocks. Price is no concern. I'm not friends with wood. Someone who is competent and can remove these scars. These stocks are very important to me sentiment wise. Please help.

If they are just scratches and not cracks I've had great results just rubbing a little TruOil in them and wiping it off to blend. Just a moist finger tip. You could try it and if not what you want then refinish. Worth a try as they look fine except for the marks.
I've used that method with some success on finish scratches, but those are damage to the wood. I expect that they'll require stripping the existing finish and steaming the wood to get the grain to rise. The short scratch should respond well, the wood appears to be merely compressed. The longer scratch is more troubling - it appears that some wood is gone and it can be difficult to get the grain to rise enough to make up the difference. At any rate I don't think adding more finish will produce satisfactory results and will complicate repairs.

Did you find a pro? I couldn't do it, I'd struggle to match the color and finish to the other half. And that would be a pair of funky mismatching grips. Myself, I'd buy a new pair.
