I need a very inexpensive single-action revolver for use as a training aid in classes.

Normally I try to "buy quality", but this isn't really going to be shot much, if at all, so why spend the extra money?

If I wanted a gun to shoot, I'd get a Ruger Single-Six. For this purpose I want something cheaper.

Anyone have a price on those Heritage Rough Rider's lately?

Or any other suggestions? It doesn't have to be a .22. It just has to be inexpensive and single-action only.

Those are both good suggestions, thanks.

I'm going to see if I can hunt up a used one even cheaper, but if not I'll probably order a Heritage. Just want to try to see if I can scrounge one up local to save on shipping and FFL fees.

If anyone else has any suggestions, I'm all ears.
