SWEEEETTTT!!!!! Who makes it, and what did you pay if you dont mind me asking. If I could have any two guns in the entire world, this would be second only to an mg42

wow, you just made this EBR/Plastic Pistol guy become horrible jealous will all of those pictures.

I fished with one of my Dad's buddies who was in the infantry in WWII. He spoke highly of them, and claimed they were still in use in WWII.

He told stories of how brick/concrete buildings were cleared of germans. Soldiers would gain access to a the building by having BARs, loaded with .30-06 AP, simply shoot holes, through 6-8" concrete walls, and sending folks in through the holes, as alternative entry points. :D

I like AR(s), but that makes 'em seem kinda puny and insignificant.

wow!

that is one heavy duty looking piece of artillary.

three legendary letters.

B.A.R.

i wish they were a little more affordable.

its beautiful. thanks for the pics.

i keep re-clicking this thread, that second pic makes the hairs on my arm stand up.

After I stopped drooling, my first thought was:

"How much can you get for a kidney these days?"

I'd like to see a full family photo. I'd suggest using a giant American flag as a backdrop, and to somehow incorporate an apple pie and a baseball and bat. ;)

I've been eyeing those for years. I'm proud to say they're made in my state...maybe one day I'll be able to get one.

Congrats on the new rifle; enjoy it. Real beauty.

I am not one who drools over each and every piece of gear picture here on THR, but that is SERIOUSLY cool.
