The market is getting really saturated. Wonder how many days this will last.

I haven't even started on the last lower, and this is tempting.

*Lower receivers CNC machined from certified 7075 aluminum forgings and anodized per Mil-A-8625. Lower receivers are marked with "multi-use" for use of different calibers.

Sounds ok to me...

Didn't Shotgun news have an article about SI defense a couple months ago. Yea they did i think i have the magazine in my dorm room desk. IIRC they were selling a complete rifle for about 1500-1800 dollars and are supposed top notch products. I think they said they were made out west somewhere by a family owned company. I wish I brought the magazine home, cause im intrested now and im not gonna drive back to school just for a magazine, its freakin cold up here in New England

Wow, Spikes Tactical had lowers on sale for $89 but this is just too good to be true. Looks like I may have found stocking stuffers :p

They appear to be quality, being that they are made from the same material and process as the other lowers.

If it sounds too good to be true................

We need some ice-breakers out there to find out!

Ditto.

This is listed as a sale, so it may not last, but even at the $100.00 "our price" point, it's still pretty good.

Now if one of you guys would post an under $100 bolt and barrel sale then I'd really be having a good Christmas! :)

CFS had them for $85 shipped a few weeks ago. Wonder what their shipping is on top the $50.00
Still a great deal but do i really need an 2nd unbuilt lower?
sooo tempting

I've been looking at building my own AR.. don't know a hole lot about them though. From what i've seen that looks like a great price, they also have a 16" barrel for $150, but it says its chambered in .223 Wylde. what does that mean? and is $150 a good price?

Confirmed, they are American made products. From the site:

SI Defense was conceived by an aerospace manufacturer, which is owned by a Service Disabled Vietnam Veteran located in beautiful Kalispell Montana.
The owner, Richard Sonju, fought for the United States of America in the Vietnam War, where he gathered military intelligence in coordination with the Special Forces on the turbulent borders of Cambodia and Laos.

I wouldnt mind having 1 of these, I've lost my contact who has an FFL for the holidays.

RRA uses the .223 Wylde on some of its guns. Claims are that the chamber is better engineered to handle both .223 and 5.56 for greater accuracy.
