Always look at the positive side of everything.
The more Mr. Rod expounds the incorrect belief (my opinion) that those nasty little 110 grain 300 BlackOut rounds will chamber in a .223/5.56 AR chamber, the less pressure will be generated on the suppliers and the easier, I will be able to add to what I want.
I have to wonder if the 'nay sayer/s' have ever seen/touched/fired a Blackout? I would suspect, not. But, that just me.
If and that is a big if, any demonstrable proof that an actual problem were to exist, I would love to see it. All things are possible, in an infinite universe.
For now, I can't get one to chamber and consider this a non event. Well, that's not totally true.... Not wanting to spew what I don't know to be a fact, I just attempted to chamber an empty 300 AAC Blackout casing into a .223W/5.56 M4 chamber.... Miffed is all I will say. The caseing became very stuck in the chamber
After having to drive it out, I can and will state, "Ain't never going to try that again! Damn thing stuck.. Wouldn't eject and couldn't be fired."
The chamber doesn't show any damage. The case needed some sizing lub
Sorry for the photo quality. But, that's as far (and too far at that) as the bolt would close.
