I've been running a set of videos as background decor in my library by a Chinese lady named Li Ziqi.
She does everything from build furniture to make gourmet meals using what they call a chef's knife, a primitive-looking cleaver.
Every year I purchase a chopping implement to celebrate the fact that I no longer have to chop wood to keep my family warm... .
Maybe one of these?

The Chinese cooking knife/cleaver is a handy tool in the kitchen. It's more a knife than a cleaver compared to what we are used to here. A good one is available from Russel. Bought one last year for a chef friend and she liked it.
(This year she's getting an ulu but don't tell her...) :scrutiny:

I spoke too soon.
My co-workers just presented me with a pocket knife, a gift card and a few other nice things!
It's that kind of workplace.
My work place is full of antisocial, introverted weirdos and borderline alcoholics, who consider a meeting for any reason to be adequate cause for an anxiety attack and simmering hostility. There’s no presents. Half the times there’s no words. (Slight exaggeration but not really by a lot)

But that’s the types that my field draws in.
