New Domestic Manufacture Galil ARM?

OK a dealer tells me (yeah I know they all start that way but this is a dealer a good number of you know from the frozen land up north) someone is about to or is making a Galil ARM reproduction.

Anyone know anything about this?

Century is making some, which I believe they are now calling the "Golani." Check their website for more details. I think the buzz is that Century is assembling Israeli parts kits on receivers made by someone besides themselves, so it might be an okay bet. Don't think anyone has posted a range report on them yet, but some are already in stores if I'm not mistaken.

Vulcan Arms. I just saw one in .308 at the local gun shop, I only got a quick look but it was SWEET! To bad they cost so much ($2300)

Atlantic Firearms is also making Galils, though they are apparently Saigas with Galil parts fitted to them.

I just struck a deal on a Century Galil, so should be able to comment in a week or two.

It's good to see the FBMG 20-round magazines doing so well!

Good choice on their part as well. Original .308 Galil magazines are nearly impossible to find now.

Ohio Rapid Fire builds Galil ARMs. They also manufacture the receivers that most, if not all builders are using.
