My original GI Gerber and case that I got in the sand box holder wore the bottom out. So, I made one in leather with a buffalo nickel snap that I made and crossed 1911s on the face.

I made a few for friends but not in business just a hobby. It did cost them a bottle of Pendleton Midnight Whisky. I would rather barter for some work than accept money.

Very nice! I should lay some leather by to make something like that. I just keep stitching my old one up. Thanks for the inspiration.
