New Jersey Training Suggestions

I am looking for a good tactical rifle course for the AR-15 as well as a pistol self defense course close to New Jersey. I have shot for many years, but have never received professional instruction. Unfortunately, everything that is recommended is far out, such as Gunsite in Arizona. Can anyone provide recommendations for good training facilities and instructors within a four or five hour drive of Northern New Jersey? Someone suggested the SIG Academy in New Hampshire. Is there anything in Northern Virginia or Pennsylvania? Any suggestions are appreciated. - Steve
