New leather for the Blackhawk

Was having a hard time finding a holster that fits a blackhawk with a reflex mounted on it.

Contacted Simply Rugged because I have a few of their holsters already. They were able to make me exactly what i want. A pancake holster that tides high tight and can be worn crossdraw aswell. Ordered on july 8th and it arrived today. Couldnt be happier!

I really like the holster I had made for my Blackhawk. Carries a heavy gun very well. I’m wanting to try their harness system to convert them to a chest rig

Havent tried their chest rig yet either. It looks nice. I have a few other brand chest rigs and like them depending on the situation.

I decided chest rigs are not my thing if im taking my rifle out on the hunt aswell. I constantly bumb my stock into my revolvers, and it gets in the way, especially since we do alot of hunting and walking through thick stuff in my neck of the woods. Thats actually the reason i purchased this particularly holster.

Now if i leave a rifle at home, i like the chest rig. Handgun is nice and accessible if sitting in the stand and its really comfy to carry when walking around.

Always nice to have options
