Hi, I'm a junior in highschool and just enjoy learning about and using guns. I do not have a large experience with any firearms, I am only able to occasionally shoot the .22s my family owns when we get a chance to visit the range. Hoping to learn a lot here.

Hi all, My name is Mark and live in western KY. My father introduced me to this site. Starting to check it out. This was on his list of SHTF sites to see. I have been around guns all my life and own a "few"(hehe). Wish I had the money for more but with six kids and my own business that won't happen for a while.

What's up everybody. Looking for info for an argument on gun control, that I'm having with a guy from Finland, I discovered this site. Lots of great info here, and I look forward to reading, and learning all I can. I'm a US Navy vet, NRA member, and a proud citizen of the greatest country in the world.

Darn - do I gotta be good ? ;) LOL

Hey - Welcome Aboard ! For the most part it's a friendly crowd ! :D

Who are you working for?!

lol .. j/k

Welcome! This is a place where some may help and some may hurt! Enjoy!

Hi all!
I've been reading your forum for some time now, and decided it was time to get in on the action.
I enjoy skeet and trap shooting, precision long range accuracy shooting, and even the occasional watermelon slaughter with a scary black gun or two.
I am here to find like-minded individuals to share stories and complain about the brady bunch with, and to expand my knowledge by learning from the plethora of experience here at THR.

yup

yup I am new... I have done a lot of google searches, and a many of time have been lead here... hopefully I can find some answers for my questions... thanks in advanced!

Wow, okay. As others have mentioned above, I've landed here many times after Google searches, and finally decided to join up.

My interests, shooting-wise, involve pretty much anything that goes bang, although being a subject of the People's Republic of California, I'm somewhat limited in what I can play with.

At any rate, I compete in SASS (unrepentant soot lord, by the way) and USPSA (Limited 10 with a 1911); I'm looking for nearby clubs where I can get into highpower rifle, and especially service rifle competition, as well as IDPA. I guess you could say that my interests run to black powder cartridge guns, and military/defense guns.

I collect milsurp rifles, and am pursuing NRA instructor certs in Pistol and Rifle. I'm a Life Member of NRA, and as much of an activist as Real Life (read as paying the bills) allows.

And, no, I'm not ex-military; this would be my 18th year, but I'm 4F ... My choice of handle is my favorite literary character of all time, and my acknowledgement of my respect for the world's NCOs.

Welcome

This is a great place for intellectual discussions, if you don't already know.

Welcome all.

RKBA and proper education are worth sacrificing for.

Best,

Hi people,
I am 66 years old, married, love guns, my cat and my wife. 30 years ago, I loved guns and women...
In Greece every sort of firearm except a 12 gauge is illegal, so I make miniature models instead. Admire the US for they enjoy real democracy. In my country democracy means the way we elect a government and sops there.

I envy you,

George.

New here and headed to Camp Perry!

Hi! My name is Donna and I have recently gotten into shooting for personal protection purposes. I am enjoying it and would like to get into competitive shooting, but really not sure where to start. I am planning on heading out to Camp Perry this coming weekend, hopefully that will help. Mostly I am interested in pistol shooting. I have a .22 that I really enjoy. I have an idea of what I want for my carry gun, and that is extent of my collection for now. So if anyone is headed out to Camp Perry and give me some guidence, I would appreciate it! Right now I just plan on showing up and not sure where to go from there!

Thanks!
