Would be nice if they enforced all laws on the books and not just select when to do so. I think if prosecution is not pursued equally reguardless of race, religion or political affiliation laws should expire. No reasonable reason to still have it on the books if your not going to enforce it unless your plan is to selectively enforce it for nefarious reasons.

It has been proposed. Your guess is as good as mine when it will be implemented.

Would be even better if they didnt enforce all the laws on the books that infringe on personal liberty.
