Alright im about to finally get under way on my project rifle, The rifle is going to be a .223 remington 700, I plan on switching the stocks, maybe glass bedding and of course free floating the barrel. So I have a couple of questions on a couple of things.
1. Im planning on putting on a EGW base should I go with a 0 moa, 15 moa or 20 moa. the range im a member at only goes out to 300 yards.
2. I am planning on getting the bushnell 4200 elite for a scope (maybe fixed power), or a SWFA super sniper, any advice is welcome.
3. I was also thinking about having the barrel ported, (hey i know its only a .223 but ive always like the ported looking. Worth it or Pointless?
4. Thinking about putting a Timey trigger in it?
so any advice is welcome, also if any one has a custom rifle go ahead and post the pics. I might steal an idea from you.
