I’ve got an old Leupold RX-600i that I’m giving to my son, and I’m looking for a new one for myself. I like the idea of angle compensation for arrows, and of coarse illuminated reticles, which I currently have neither. I’ve been looking at the Athlon Midas because it has both of those, and a golf mode as well. Here are my top choices so far:
Maven r.f.1 =$400
Athlon 1 mile= $260
Vortex Razor 4000= $500
Leica CRF 2400R= $500
Sig Kilo 5k = $600
Leupold Rx-Fulldraw 4= $386
I haven’t called Doug at Cameraland yet, so these prices are probably a little high, but which would you choose and why? I probably would never shoot past 600-700 yards btw. And the bow hunting characteristics are most important to me. Thanks
