New Ruger SR9c

If you life in a state that doesn't require a LCI, . . . and you have an SR-9(c), . . . would there be any legal implications of grounding that little bugger down [or at least to where it is just barely sticking up]?

If you follow the basic rule that all guns are loaded, don't need no stinkin' indicator! Pull the trigger-no bang, reload.

SR9c and full size SR9 are two of the most underrated guns on the market in my opinion. Great pistols at a decent price point plus backed by Ruger customer service (if you ever need it).

p.s. The LCI has never been an issue. I've kind of forgotten its even there.

Make no mistake, . . . I am seriously considering an SR-9c for conceal carry. Just find that LCI WAY over the top.

If you don't like a manual safety...don't use it!
I won't own a handgun WITH OUT a manual safety!

My problem is, if the safety is accidentally activated and I am not in the habit of using safeties then I may draw and pull the trigger with nothing happening, the last thing you want when your life depends on it.
